LifeLift has been developed by clinical hypnotherapists and NLP practitioners
Karen Martin and Lorah Towns.
Lorah Towns was recently featured on GMTV and BBC Radio for her pioneering work on
the Non Surgical Facelift. Lorah says; “The results of LifeLift are simply profound.
People arrive not really knowing what direction their life is heading and full of varying anxieties and leave in late afternoon, quite literally, emotionally transformed.”
Writer, manager and trainer from a media and corporate background, Karen Martin
complements Lorah’s exceptional therapeutic skills with an instinctive ability to
connect and counsel. “I am constantly inspired by those who come to me for help.
Teaching them how to use their own resources to overcome pain and fear is incredibly rewarding,” said Karen.

About Karen
Karen's first encounter with hypnosis was
over 20 years ago when, as a cynical reporter on a local newspaper, she wrote a feature piece about giving up smoking.
As a guinea pig who successfully quit, she retained a fascination for psychology and the power of the mind. Moving into corporate communications, Karen further refined the people skills which give her the edge in clinical practice today.
The expertise gathered throughout this varied and challenging background combines with a passionate belief in the benefits of hypnotherapy and NLP, enabling Karen to successfully treat an enormous range of conditions from addictions and anxiety to stress and anger management.
“The hurdles jumped on a track littered with obstacles have each contributed life-lessons which I’m happy to share with those who seekmy support in finding meaning and value in their lives. Based on my own experiences,I know with absolute certainty that clarity, confidence and courage can be gained from adversity.”
